I want to invite you all to visit The Writer's Therapy Project and follow the journey of a great mother as she struggles with the everyday difficulties of being a first time mommy and the dark reality of postpartum depression. I admire this mother because she wasn't afraid to admit that there was something wrong and is now taking the necessary steps to get her life in order! I hope if there are any mothers out there (or if you know any moms) that are dealing with postpartum depression that you share this blog with them and help encourage them to get help!
